Returns & Exchange

EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICY:

At Zamzam Accessories, we have a very accommodating exchange policy, and customers are welcome to exchange products if they are not satisfied with the product they have received. However, certain conditions apply:

• Any complaints made after the 7-day time period will not be entertained for an exchange or return.
• We will only exchange any item(s), returned in the same state as you received them in, with all labels and tags still attached, within 7 days of purchase.
• Unused, wrong, or defective items may be exchanged within the same category (depending upon stock availability) within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• No refund is made in any case. Only exchange of items if there’s any kind of manufacturing defect, size issue.
• Shipping costs (both ways) for sending any return/exchange items will be covered by the customer.
• We will not accept exchanges for any item that has been used, damaged, or stained in any way.
• Items offered in our Sale and Discount sections will NOT be entertained for exchange or return.
• Original color may vary due to lighting on images, monitor and phones screens, etc.
